RETURN OPERATIONS
If you need to return an item, contact Ripkitty with your order number and the details of the item you want to send back. Most new, unopened stash can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return extraction instructions are provided after you make contact.
If you received a defective item or we screwed up the drop, Ripkitty states that return shipping costs may be covered. We fix our mistakes. For full protocol, review Shipping & Returns.

LOCAL DROP (PICKUP SUPPORT)
Ripkitty offers free local pickup at our retail front (7451 Riviera Blvd, Suite #246, Miramar, FL). Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon-Fri) or 1:00 PM (Sat) are typically prepped and ready within 2 to 4 hours. Later orders roll over to the next business day.
Protocol: Wait for the "Ready for Pickup" email or SMS. Bring your order confirmation and a valid government-issued ID when arriving to secure the package.

LOGISTICS (SHIPPING NOTES)
Shipping is available across the United States. However, certain heavy-hitting products may be restricted from crossing into specific state lines. If you are unsure about destination restrictions, contact us before placing the order.
