Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any state in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to restricted destinations.

- FedEx 2-Day and Ground: FedEx 2-Day delivers in 2 business days; Ground takes 1-5 business days.
Orders over $39.99 qualify for free standard shipping using USPS Ground Advantage.
With free standard shipping (Ground Advantage), your order should arrive within 2-5 business days.
Yes, you can upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. Additional costs apply and vary based on location and method.
USPS Priority Mail typically delivers orders within 1-3 business days.
UPS Ground usually delivers orders within 1-5 business days.
Yes, we provide tracking information for your order once it's shipped.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are available within the United States.
If your order total is below $39.99, you won't qualify for free standard shipping. Paid options will be available at checkout.
